Design Inc. offers a responsive hosting service for all websites and offers 99% operating time. We don`t constantly check the websites we host to make sure they work properly, as routine use, maintenance and software updates can affect the site`s functionality. It is therefore the customer`s responsibility to verify that their site is working as it should. If the service provider does not meet the above requirements, the AES also determines what compensation web hosting customers can claim as a result of an incident. The supplier must pay compensation in any way, which may include a refund for the customer or credited to the hosting account. 1. Server Material We will be the owner of the server. The server is installed and operated by us in space. You have no physical access to the server or space. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the data stored on the server. If we become aware of a server error, we repair the server or provide an equivalent server as quickly as possible. Each replacement server is provided in the default configuration because the server was initially provided. We do not guarantee that the data, content or settings on the original server will be transferred to the replacement.
